🚫✅Arrival & Departure Policy:*
Check- in: 2/3pm
Check- out: 12pm

Late check out attracts: 50% loss of caution. After 12pm , 100% loss at 1:00PM.

Early check in requires prior approval.

🚫✅Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, kindly confirm with us and its attract an extra fee.

✅No Smoking:* Smoking is strictly prohibited within the apartment. Smoking is restricted to the balconies ONLY and cigarette butts should be properly put out and disposed of properly & safely. A penalty fee of 100,000 is chargeable for indoor smoking and deduction from the security deposit.

🚫✅Power:* Guests are reminded to turn of all appliances when not in use (i.e lights, AC, TV, water heater etc.)

🚫✅Quiet Hours:* Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for other residents No noise/disturbing the estate/neighbors/no smoking in common areas (300k fine)

🚫✅Guest Limit and Visitor Policy:* The reservation is exclusively for the registered guest and additional visitors.

🚫✅For a 1 bedroom is 2 guests.
2 bedroom is 4 guests.
3 bedroom is 6 guests.
4 bedroom is 8 guests.
5 bedroom is 10 guests
6 bedroom is 12 guests.

✅No Parties or Events:* We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties, gatherings, or events in the apartment. This is to maintain the comfort and privacy of all residents in the building. A penalty fee of 400k (in addition to your reservation money) will be charged for hosting parties/gatherings in any of our apartments booked for lodging purposes. The guests will be evicted without refunds.

✅SHOOT*
Commercial or photo shoot are not allowed without prior approval. Fine 500k

✅Decorations

Decorating the property ( including hanging , sticking or pasting things on the walls or ceiling ) is not allowed 🚫 and would result in caution fee forfeiture and additional charges to offset repair cost of damages. FINE 500k

✅Damage or Loss:* The guest is responsible for any damage or loss caused to the apartment or its contents during the stay. Please report any issues to management immediately. Damage or loss of company property will be deducted from the security deposit. Where damage/loss is in excess of the deposit, the guest will pay the difference of said damage/loss and the payment must be sorted before guests would be allowed to leave the premises/apartment.

✅Orderliness:* Do not eat on the floor rugs to avoid spilling drinks and staining the rugs. Shoes are not be worn on the Sofa Chairs. Kindly endeavor to keep the furniture clean (otherwise, you will be charged for chairs and rug laundry).

✅CANCELLATION POLICY:
Full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if the check-in date is at least 14 days away with 30% cancellation fee deducted from the total amount paid
50% refund will be made for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in date with 30% cancellation fee deducted from the total amount paid
No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in date.

✅🚫PENALTIES:*
Please note that failure to adhere to these rules may result in penalties, including additional charges and potential termination of your reservation. We want all guests to enjoy their stay in a safe and comfortable environment, and we appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines.

✅🚫CAUTION FEE*
Caution fee refund takes 24-48hours.

✅🚫After making payment, if you Cancel immediately after payment, you'll be charged 40% off the fee.(STRICTLY)
So by making payment, you accept terms and conditions. Any default attracts caution fee gone and other fine possible.
